2. Set a date a week or so ahead of time to mentally prepare yourself for quitting. Allow family and friends know and dispose off any smoking paraphernalia.
3. Febreze the house, get your teeth whitened, clean the couch upholstery, change the net curtains...Whatever it will take to actually get smoking out of your life and take up a fresh.
